Billing and trials

Each workspace has its own subscription, with a 7-day free trial to start.

• Per workspace: each workspace is billed separately, so you only pay for what you run.

• 7-day free trial: your card is added when you create the workspace, and the first charge is on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

• Monthly or yearly: a workspace is £50 a month, or billed yearly with 20% off.

Managing billing

Go to Workspaces → Manage workspace → Billing to see the plan, status, trial dates and renewal date, and to switch between monthly and yearly. Your Console's billing details live in Settings.

Pausing

Between events you can pause a workspace's billing. A paused workspace can't be opened until billing is resumed, and your data stays exactly where it was.

Statuses you might see

• Trial active, with the days left.

• Active, monthly or yearly.

• Payment overdue: update your card to avoid interruption.

• Billing paused or Cancelled.
