Inviting your team

Console members run the company. Workspace users run the work.

There are two places to add people, depending on what they need to do.

Console members

For people who help run the company: creating workspaces, managing users or looking after billing. Go to Users & Access → Invite member, add their email and choose a Console role.

• The invite email has a secure link that lasts 14 days.

• Pending Invites lets you copy the link, resend the email or revoke the invite.

• Console admins automatically have access to every workspace.

Workspace users

For the people doing the work in one workspace. Go to Workspaces, open Manage workspace → Users & Access, and add them with a workspace role. You can send an activation email, or set a temporary password they change when they first sign in.

People who never need a login

Many people work with you without a workspace account. Promoters fill in advances through a link, volunteers and crew use their own portals, and artists sign in to the Artist App with an emailed code. Each workspace type's section explains how.
