Publishing to the Artist App

The team only ever sees the version you publish.

Edits you make on an advance aren't visible to the artist until you publish. That way nobody sees half-finished details, and you choose when the team hears about a change.

Publishing

1. Open the advance's Artist App tab, or select Publish to Artist App once it's confirmed.

2. Select Publish.

3. Leave Notify people on to email the team.

• The first publish tells everyone on the show their itinerary is ready.

• Later updates only email the people a change affects, with a short summary of what changed.

• After publishing, any further edits show Unpublished changes until you publish again.

• Tour Managers can also publish from the Artist App.

Who will see it

A published show appears for anyone on its travelling party with app access, plus every Tour Manager for the artist. If nobody would see it, the publish window tells you, with a shortcut to add people.

PDF itinerary

Select Itinerary PDF for a printable copy. It's the same document the Tour Manager and artist download from the app, laid out like the other EventNexus itineraries, with empty sections left out.

Edits from the app

Changes made by a Tour Manager in the Artist App are listed on the tab, with who made them, which section and when.
