Reviewing and confirming

See exactly what the promoter changed, check it, and lock it in.

As the promoter works through the form, their changes land on the advance straight away. Anything you haven't checked yet is flagged.

Spotting changes

• A Promoter updated badge sits next to the status.

• A banner under the header counts the changes, plus any rider issues or requirements they can't meet.

• A dot marks each tab with something new. Review changes takes you to the first one.

• Select Mark reviewed once you've checked everything.

Issues raised by the promoter

• Rider issues show in amber on Riders & documents with the promoter's comment. Mark them resolved once sorted.

• Requirements they can't meet show on the Deal tab.

• Set times outside the show's hours are flagged in amber on the Event tab.

Editing

You can edit any field. On a multi-artist event, venue, timings and running order are shared, so a change there applies to every artist on the event.

Confirming and closing

• Confirm advance when you're happy. The promoter form becomes read-only.

• Mark completed from the ⋯ menu once the show is done.

• Cancel show keeps the record but stops the promoter link. The Artist App shows the show as cancelled.
