Companions and delivering requirements
Issue PA tickets and get approved requirements delivered on site.
Companions
The Companions tab lists every application where a PA was requested.
If the applicant didn't name their PA, open the menu and choose Name the PA. The PA pass is only created once a name is saved.
When the application is approved, the PA's pass is created using the PA / companion pass type.
Click Send ticket, or tick several rows and send them together.
The PA pass column shows Not issued, Issued or Collected, with the date.
Changing a PA's name voids their old pass and issues a new one, so the pass always matches the person collecting it. You can also void a PA pass from the menu, as long as it hasn't been collected.
Requirements board
Requirements is the operational view: every approved requirement with its quantity, days and responsible team. Filter by team to give each department exactly their list.
Teams update the Fulfilment status as they go:
Not started
In progress
Fulfilled
Not required, for example if the applicant no longer needs it.
Provisions have no capacity limit. Keep an eye on demand, such as platform spaces per day, from the Dashboard and Requirements board.
On site
Accessibility passes are standard accreditation passes. Applicants and PAs collect them from the Collection desk like anyone else, by name or by scanning the QR from their ticket email.
After the festival
Supporting evidence is permanently deleted 90 days after the festival end date. Applications, decisions and requirements stay on record.
