Guestlist payments

Tracking paid guestlist places, all without opening Stripe.

Payments lists every entry with a sub-type assigned, so you can see who's paid and who hasn't.

Cards at the top show the Total collected, how many have Paid, and how many are Awaiting payment.

The list

Each row shows the guest, their email, the amount, the payment status and when they paid. Payment statuses are Paid, Pending, Unpaid, Failed, Refunded and Manual.

Payments update automatically when a guest pays. Click the refresh button to check for the latest.

Sending a payment link

Approving an entry on a paid sub-type emails the guest a payment link automatically. If they need it again, use Re-send Payment Link on the entry in Entries.

You can also click Generate link on a row here. It creates a checkout link, copies it to your clipboard and opens it, so you can send it however you're talking to the guest.

Once they've paid

The entry moves to Paid and the guest is emailed their pass. For paid rows, the Stripe button opens the payment in Stripe if you need the detail.
