Transport Hub
Every flight, hotel and transfer across artists and crew, in one place.
The Transport Hub brings together flights, accommodation and ground transport from Artist Logistics and Crew Logistics, so your transport team works from one list instead of two. It's available in Festival workspaces.
The dashboard
Cards show your total bookings, how many are booked and how many are outstanding. Below them, Flights, Accommodation and Ground Transport each show their total, the split between artist and crew, and booked against outstanding. Click a card to open that tab.
Outstanding actions lists what still needs doing.
Flights and accommodation
The Flights and Accommodation tabs list every booking across artists and crew, so you can see who's arriving when and who's staying where without switching between modules.
Ground transport
The Transport tab is where runs are planned. Each booking shows its source, the person, type, pickup and drop-off, date and time, driver, vehicle, passengers and status.
Filter by type, date, time of day (morning, afternoon or evening), a time to within an hour either side, source or status. Sources are Artist Submission (from the artist's advance), Admin, Import, Crew Logistics and Group Journey.
From a booking's menu:
Edit transport entry.
Assign driver / vehicle.
Group journey…
View linked profile to jump to the artist or crew member.
Add Booking, Import and Export work across the whole list. Drivers / Vehicles manages the drivers and vehicles shared by both modules.
Group journeys
Several people travelling together, an artist and a few crew on the same airport run for example, can be combined into one group journey.
Tick the bookings that travel together.
Click Group Journey.
Set the journey's details.
The group shows as one row, with each passenger listed underneath when you expand it. Their own bookings are marked In group. Edit or delete the group from its menu.
Bookings with no drop-off show Details required, so gaps are easy to spot before the day.
