Consoles and workspaces

Your company sits in a Console. Each event, brand or roster gets its own workspace.

EventNexus has two levels. Knowing which is which makes everything else easier.

The Console is your company

There's one Console per company. It holds your company details and branding, your Console team, and every workspace you run. It's where you create workspaces, manage who has access and look after billing.

  • Dashboard: your workspaces, subscription status and recent activity.

  • Workspaces: create, open, manage, archive or delete workspaces.

  • Users & Access: Console members, pending invites and workspace role templates.

  • Settings: company details, branding and billing details.

A workspace is one operation

A workspace is where the day-to-day work happens: one festival edition, one promoter brand, or one artist advancing team. Each has its own data, team, modules and subscription.

From the Console, Manage workspace opens a workspace's control panel: general details, branding, dates, location, users, modules, billing and the danger zone. Open workspace takes you into the workspace itself.

Examples

  • A festival company runs GemFest 2027 as a Festival workspace, and next year clones it for 2028.

  • A promoter runs every club show under one Promoter workspace.

  • A management company advances its roster from one Artist Advancing workspace.

Workspace branding falls back to your Console branding, then to EventNexus, so you only need to set a logo once unless a workspace needs its own.
