EventNexus brings an event's operations into one place: artists, crew, suppliers, accreditation, guestlists, documents and communications, all working from the same information instead of a dozen spreadsheets and email threads.
Three kinds of workspace
Everything you run lives in a workspace, and each workspace is built for one type of work. The type decides which modules you get.
Festival: on-site operations for multi-day events. Accreditation, crew and suppliers, artist logistics, catering, volunteers, accessibility and more.
Promoter: shows and tours. Line-ups and deals, artist and venue advancing, running orders, guestlists and show-day documents.
Artist Advancing: advancing on an artist's behalf. The deal, a simple form for promoters, and an itinerary app for the artist and their team.
Getting set up
Create your account and your company's Console.
Create a workspace for the event, brand or artist roster you're running.
Invite your team and give each person the right role.
Turn on the modules you need, and switch off the ones you don't.
Open the workspace and start with that workspace type's guide.
Each workspace type has its own section in these docs. Once your workspace is open, head to its section for a walkthrough of every module.
