Guestlist and Door Mode

Collect names in the Guestlist Hub, then run the door from a phone.

Guestlist names are collected and approved in the Guestlist Hub under Shows. Each show's Guestlist tab is the show-day view: who's expected, who's arrived, and how each allocation is being used.

On the show

• Totals: guests, expected, arrived, and heads in against heads total, including plus-ones.

• Allocations: how much of each allocation has been used, with anything over flagged.

• Names: search the list to see who added each guest, their plus-ones and arrival status.

Door Mode

Open Door Mode for a simple check-in screen made for the door. Search a name and check them in. Arrivals feed the guestlist ring on the Overview straight away.
