Sending to the promoter

One link, a due date, and no logins to chase.

Select Send to promoter on the advance. Add who it's going to, check the due date, and add a short message if you want to.

  • Recipients: add as many promoter contacts as you need. They all get the same link.

  • Please complete by: defaults to 14 days before the show. You'll be warned if it's after the show or already passed.

  • Message: optional, and included in the email.

The email

The promoter gets a Show advance email naming the artist, venue and date, with the due date and an Open the advance button. Replies come to you, and you're shown on the form as their advancer contact, with email and phone.

The link

There's one link per advance. Anyone at the promoter can use it, there's no login, and it saves as they go, so they can leave and come back.

From the ⋯ menu you can:

  • Copy promoter link to send it yourself.

  • Resend link to send the email again.

  • Reissue link: the old link stops working straight away. Send the new one afterwards.

  • Edit due date.

Overdue advances

When the due date passes and the promoter hasn't submitted, the advance shows an Overdue badge, and you can filter for overdue on the Advances list. Reminders aren't sent automatically. Use Resend link to chase.

If the promoter opens an old, reissued or cancelled link, they see a clear message with your contact details rather than an error.
