Artist Logistics overview
From booking to show day: advancing, travel and itineraries for every act.
Artist Logistics is where you advance every act on your bill: who's coming, what's in their deal, what they need, and how they're getting to you. It's available in Festival workspaces.
The artist journey
Add the artist and set what's in their deal: flights, accommodation, ground transport, guestlist and touring party size.
Send the advance: a link to the artist's team. No account needed.
They complete it: touring party, contacts, riders, travel and guests.
Review and confirm what they've sent.
Approve the touring party and guests, so they're issued passes.
Book the flights, hotels and ground transport in their deal.
Send the itinerary: an email with a PDF, built from your template and filled in with their details.

Dashboard for progress at a glance. Click through to the filtered lists.
Artist Grid for every artist, their deal and their advance status.
Advances for sending, chasing and tracking advances in bulk.
Touring Party, Contacts, Guestlist and Riders for each of those, across every artist.
Flights, Accommodation and Transport for bookings across every artist.
Itineraries for templates, and for sending itineraries.
The artist page
Click an artist to open their page. The tabs are Overview, Group Members (for groups), Advance, Guestlist, Touring Party, Contacts, Riders, Files, Flights, Accommodation, Ground Transport and Comments.
Advance statuses
Not Sent: no advance link sent yet.
Link Sent: the link has gone to their team.
Draft Saved: they've started, but haven't submitted.
Submitted: they've sent it back to you.
Confirmed: you've reviewed it and marked it confirmed.
An advance shows as Closed if you've closed its link, and Bounced if the email couldn't be delivered.
How it connects
Accreditation. Touring party members and guests become accreditation records. Approve them on the artist's page or in Accreditation › Cred Approvals.
Guestlist Hub. Every artist guestlist entry also sits in the central Guestlist Hub, alongside public, manual, sponsor and media requests.
Parking. If an artist asks for parking on their advance, a parking request appears on their Advance tab.
Who can use it
Access is set per role in your workspace permissions. Importing, exporting, bulk editing and managing tags need edit rights on Artist Logistics.
