Assets overview

Tracking equipment, vehicles and kit, and who has it.

Assets tracks your festival's equipment: radios, vehicles, laptops, tools, anything you hand out and need back. You can see what's available, who has what, and the full history of every item. It's available in Festival workspaces.

The tabs

• All Assets for your inventory.

• Bundles for kits that go out together.

• Categories for organising assets.

• Scan In / Out for checking kit in and out at the desk.

At a glance

Cards at the top show your total assets and how many are Available, In Use, Reserved, in Maintenance and Missing/Damaged. Click a card to filter the list.

Statuses

• Available: ready to go out.

• Checked out: with someone. A checked-out asset always has an assignee.

• Reserved: held for someone.

• Maintenance: being repaired or serviced.

• Lost or damaged: missing or broken.

How it connects

Assets checked out to a crew member show on their crew profile in Crew Logistics.

Who can use it

Assets has its own permissions for viewing, editing and managing categories. Permanently deleting an asset is a separate permission again.
