Bundles and scanning

Kits that move together, and checking kit in and out at speed.

Bundles

A bundle is a set of assets that goes out together, such as a radio with its earpiece and spare battery, or a full production kit. It has its own Bundle Code and status.

Go to Bundles to see each bundle's code, name, status, how many assets it holds, who it's with and where it is. Click Add Bundle to create one, and click a bundle to manage its contents.

Filter by status, including Partially checked out for bundles where only some of the kit has gone. Export downloads your bundles as a CSV.

Scan In / Out

Scan In / Out is built for the kit desk. The search box is ready as soon as the tab opens.

1. Scan a barcode or type an asset or bundle code.

2. Matching assets and bundles appear straight away.

3. Check the item out or back in from the result.
