Diets

Diets lists every crew member who has submitted a meal preference, dietary requirement or allergy. Each row shows their organisation, meal preference, dietary requirements, allergies, notes and arrival and departure dates.

Search by name, email or organisation, and filter by organisation, meal preference, dietary requirement or allergy. Export CSV downloads what you've filtered, ready to hand to your caterer. Click a name to open their crew profile.

Volunteers and daily numbers

Volunteers shows how many meals to expect each day.

Meals per day lists every day with the number of volunteers, crew and the combined total, plus a breakdown by meal type and preference.

• Volunteers are approved volunteers, counted once for each day they work a published shift.

• Crew are crew with catering, counted for each day between their arrival and departure dates.

The cards above show approved volunteers, those Not yet scheduled (approved but not on any published shift yet), and any that Need review.

Allergies by day lists every scheduled volunteer with an allergy, day by day. Needs review lists volunteers who answered before the dietary questions were structured, with their original wording.
