Schedule overview

Build, show and derig tasks, meetings and deliveries in one calendar.

The Schedule is your festival's operational calendar: build and derig tasks, show day jobs, meetings, site works and deliveries. Admins plan everything here; the rest of the team sees the timings you choose to share. It's available in Festival workspaces.

What each person sees

• Schedule admins (anyone with edit rights on Schedule) see the full schedule in Calendar and List views, and can create and edit tasks.

• Everyone else sees Timings: a read-only, day-by-day list of the items admins have shared, showing the title, time and location only.

The views

• Calendar lays everything out by date and time. Click an item to open it.

• List shows the same items as a list, with quick edit.

Use Filters to narrow the schedule, including by source: items created in EventNexus, artist Transport and Flights, and CrewTrack if your workspace is linked to it.

What's on it

• Tasks your team creates.

• Artist ground transport and flights, added automatically from Artist Logistics.

• CrewTrack tasks, if connected. See CrewTrack on the Schedule.
