CrewTrack on the Schedule

Bringing CrewTrack tasks into your EventNexus schedule.

If your crew are managed in CrewTrack, you can link it to your festival workspace so CrewTrack tasks appear on the EventNexus Schedule.

How it works

• One CrewTrack event links to one festival workspace.

• CrewTrack stays the source of truth. Tasks are edited in CrewTrack and show in EventNexus as read-only. EventNexus never writes back.

• Changes arrive in near real time, with a full resync overnight.

• Each task is placed in the build, show or derig phase using your festival's dates.

Linking CrewTrack

The link is set up in the Console, under Manage Workspace › Integrations, by a company owner or admin.

1. Click Connect. EventNexus gives you a webhook address.

2. Add that address in CrewTrack. CrewTrack gives you a secret.

3. Paste the CrewTrack organisation ID and secret back into EventNexus.

4. EventNexus checks the connection and imports every task straight away.

On the Schedule

Schedule admins see a CrewTrack status chip in the Schedule header, with Resync now if something looks out of date. Filter by source to show or hide CrewTrack items.

CrewTrack items arrive private to admins. To put one on everyone's Timings view, share it like any other task. Sharing is the only thing you can change on a CrewTrack item.
