Artist advances

Collect each artist's details through a form they fill in themselves.

Artist advances live on a show under Advances → Artist. Every artist with a confirmed offer is listed, ready to advance.

1. Choose a template for each artist. Templates are set up under Templates → Advance templates.

2. Create the advance, then send it. The artist or their team gets a link to the form, no login needed.

3. Track responses as they come in: not sent, sent, opened, submitted, confirmed.

4. Review the submission and confirm it.

You can email or download advances in bulk, and send yourself a test email first.

What artists see

The form asks the questions on the template you chose, so keep templates focused on what you actually need from the artist.

Once an advance is submitted, the artist's itinerary is generated automatically. See Itineraries.
