Venue & tech advance
Agree the venue's details section by section, and know what's confirmed.
The venue advance lives under Advances → Venue & Tech. It covers 13 sections, from access and load-in through to technical, and tracks which ones the venue has confirmed.
Starting one
Link the show to its venue, if you haven't already.
Choose how to start: a venue tech profile, a tech pack template, or blank.
Add the venue contact, then select Create venue advance.
Anything copied from a tech profile is marked unconfirmed until the venue confirms it for this show.
Sending and chasing
Send to venue emails the advance using one of your venue advance email templates.
Chase now sends a reminder. The header shows when it was sent, first opened and how many reminders have gone.
Copy link if you'd rather send it yourself. The link stays the same if you change the contact.
Set an advance deadline so everyone knows when it's due.
Working through it
Each section shows its status. Save answers as they arrive, then mark each section confirmed or not applicable. The header counts confirmed sections, and Download PDF gives you a copy at any point. Internal notes stay with your team.
