Documents and day sheets

Generate the paperwork for the night, and keep every version.

The Documents tab holds everything for the show: files you upload, such as contracts and riders, and documents EventNexus generates for you.

What you can generate

• Day Sheet: timings, contacts, running order and venue essentials.

• Tech Pack: every venue advance section, with its confirmation state.

• Running Order: published items only.

• Guestlist Sheet: a door sheet with arrival boxes.

• Artist Advance and Venue Advance summaries.

• Show Pack: everything in one bookmarked file.

Documents are built on the server, so they look the same whoever generates them. Regenerating creates a new version, and earlier versions stay downloadable.

Sharing the day sheet

Use the link button next to Day Sheet to generate it and copy a public link, ideal for crew and suppliers who don't have a login.
