Production and costs

External suppliers and every cost on the show, with who pays.

Production

The Production tab lists the external suppliers on the show, such as sound systems, lasers, SFX, VJs, props and staging. For each one, record the contact on the day, load-in time, power, spec and notes, and tick off the documents you need from them (RAMS, insurance and PLI) as they arrive.

Show costs

Below production, record every cost on the show: venue hire and recharges, production, suppliers, artists, marketing and anything else. Each cost line has a category, an amount and a status: quoted, approved, invoiced or paid.

• Splits: for a shared cost, record the full amount and your share. Totals use your share.

• Totals roll up onto the show's Overview.
