Itineraries

Show-day itineraries for every artist and the venue, generated and sent from one list.

Itineraries live under Advances → Itineraries. An artist's itinerary is generated automatically when they submit their advance, and you can generate or regenerate any of them by hand.

The list

The venue and every artist on the show are listed with a status:

• Not ready: information is still missing.

• Ready to generate, or Generated.

• Out of date: something on the show has changed since it was generated, or since it was sent.

• Sent.

Filter by status, or search for an artist.

Generate, preview and send

• Generate all, or select rows and generate just those.

• Preview any itinerary before it goes out.

• Send all ready emails every itinerary that's complete and not yet sent.

• Regenerate out of date refreshes everything that has changed, so you can resend with confidence.

• Download one, a selection, or all of them.
