How a Promoter workspace works
Every show in one place, from confirmed offer to settled.
A Promoter workspace is built for running shows and tours. Each show has its own page where the line-up, deals, advances, running order, guestlist and paperwork all live together, so the answer to most questions is already on the show.
The life of a show
Create the show with its date, venue and capacity.
Build the line-up on the Artist Grid and track each deal: offer, contract, payment, artwork and invoice.
Set the running order and publish it when it's ready.
Advance the artists and the venue through links they fill in themselves.
Generate itineraries and send them to each artist.
Run the night with Door Mode, the day sheet and the show pack.
Where things live
Shows: Events, Venues and the Guestlist Hub.
People: Artists and Agents.
Communications: email campaigns.
Templates: advance templates, tech packs and email templates.
Settings: workspace settings and roles.
Inside a show
Open any show to see its tabs: Overview, To-do, Artist Grid, Running Order, Advances, Logistics, Production, Guestlist, Accreditation, Communications and Documents. Which tabs you see depends on your role.
Facts live in one place. Set times live in the Running Order, contacts on the Overview, venue details on the venue. Everything else, from advances to day sheets, reads from there.
