Running order

Set times live here, and everything else reads them.

The Running Order tab is the timeline for the night: each slot's start and end, room or stage, and the artists playing it, including back-to-back sets.

• Link each slot to the artists on it. Their set times then appear on the Artist Grid, their advances and their itineraries.

• Times show in your workspace time zone. A set at 00:30 belongs to the night it started.

• Only published items appear on generated documents, so you can work on a draft without anyone seeing it.
